  • We strongly advise to check with our site personnel on stock position before placing an order. Should the item not be available at time of order, we will duly inform you and provide a refund.  

  • Goods sold and received in good order and condition are not refundable or exchangeable.

  • Kindly refer to the lot numbers indicated on carton box for shade / sub size (also indicated in delivery order & packing list)

  • Any questions or concerns about your purchases should be clarified prior to installation. 

  • Please ensure the accuracy of all item specifications before making your purchase. Any fee imposed by factory for administrative works will be back charged to purchaser. 

  • For Grade A products, factory's guarantee is limited to the replacement of tiles found defective before fixing the tiles. Fixing to a substrate means that you have accepted the tiles in their present state so no refund or replacement will be offered.

  • For all value buy products i.e. Grade B / Commercial Grade / Special Offers are sold on a "as is where is basis", so no refunds or replacement will be offered.

1. Sub size and shade variation is inherent in all ceramic product. Customers should pay attention to the details before placing their orders to achieve the desired effect before fixing the said tiles.

2. It is recommended to conduct random checks at site once good reaching site. Different sizes and shades are to be segregated before tilling to avoid sizing and shading issue.

3. A minimum length of 3mm joint gap is recommended for all ceramic tiles. Good tiling practice recommends that tiles should not be laid butt jointed. 

4. Kindly refer to adhesive manufacturer for recommended adhesive for your application requirements.

As most of our product are bulky items, please enquire with our staff for detail transportation charges.

Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping - Currently we delivery only within Kota Kinabalu Metropolitan area and within Sabah major towns. This fee will be presented at checkout.

Shipping Transit times

Domestic Order shipping within the Sabah will be sent via standard shipping methods. Shipping transit for standard is 3-5 business days.
